Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Restriction

By accessing or using AI Video Studio Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using this service.

2. Ethical AI Usage & Consent Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for non-consensual content generation. By using our service, you explicitly agree to the following:

• Consent Required: You must have explicit written consent from any individual whose likeness (face, voice, or persona) you use to create AI-generated content.
• No Impersonation: You may not create content that impersonates real individuals, including public figures, celebrities, or private citizens, without their permission.
• No Political Misinformation: You may not use this tool to generate political campaigning materials, advocacy, or misinformation intended to deceive voters or manipulate public opinion.
• No Deepfakes for Fraud: You may not create "deepfake" content for the purpose of fraud, scams, social engineering, or defamation.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service to generate, distribute, or promote:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors.
• Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) or "revenge porn".
• Violence, hate speech, or content that incites harassment against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.
• Illegal products, drugs, weapons, or services.
• False documents or forged credentials.

We reserve the right to ban any user permanently and report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities, including providing relevant user data and IP addresses.

4. User Content & Liability

You retain ownership of the prompts and scripts you input. However, you are solely responsible for the content you generate.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Video Studio Pro, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service to infringe upon the rights of others.

5. Description of Service (Beta)

AI Video Studio Pro is currently in a public Beta phase. The service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs or incomplete features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

6. Security & Encryption

Encryption Keys: If you use our encryption feature ("Secure Mode"), you are solely responsible for managing your encryption key. We do not store a persistent copy of your key in our database. If you lose your key, your encrypted data cannot be recovered by us. You acknowledge that AI Video Studio Pro is not liable for any data loss resulting from lost, forgotten, or compromised encryption keys.

7. Fees and Payments

The service is currently available as a free Beta. Future premium features may require a subscription. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal Waiver: By purchasing a digital subscription or service, you expressly agree that the service begins immediately and you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under EU Consumer Law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Video Studio Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Slovenia.
